The ultimate wild atlantic way experience
Come join our skipper and guide to cruise in comfort on our Department of Marine licensed 40ft hardboat. We have inside and outside seating for 12 people and on-board toilet facilities. We carry 12 people max. There is plenty of space to walk around, take pictures or to find yourself a quiet corner to soak up the breath-taking scenery. Our Skipper has over 40 years of local experience fishing, diving, and exploring the area, he and our guide knows this coastline and its history intimately.

Our boat trip around Valentia Island will take you back in time starting with the 6th century Beehive Huts on Church Island where the Monks made their homes. We’ll stop to see the seals lazing on Beginish Island as we make our way to Cromwell Point’s 15th century Fort, now Valentia Lighthouse. We’ll then head out into the Atlantic where in the distance we will see where the Transatlantic Cable came ashore from Newfoundland Canada in the 1860’s as well as Wireless Point, where Valentia Marine Radio Station keeps watch on the Atlantic traffic and co- ordinates rescues at sea.
Then we will be getting up close to the sheer majestic cliffs facing the Wild Atlantic and watch hundreds of Kittiwakes and Guillemots nesting and diving into the sea. We will explore the fabulous rock formations, caves and sea stacks, hundreds of feet high. While not guaranteed, there are often sightings of dolphins and sunfish, every cruise is an adventure in nature, don’t miss yours.
